She is also an entrepreneur, management advisor and diversity and inclusion advocate.
Ruchika’s 360 experience in sales, media, marketing and commercial leadership, helps her identify, strategise and execute on opportunities that create incremental value for businesses.
Sebastian has worked alongside some of the largest B2B brands in his role with LinkedIn, helping multi-billion dollar businesses such as AWS, Forcepoint, SAP, J&J and many more in aligning their commercial orgs to execute full-funnel digital strategies with measurable ROI. He has directly managed global campaigns for brands across EMEA & APAC, working with clients based in multiple industries, and has overseen 100s of millions in advertising spends. His background brings a level of expertise to the table that helps clients identify and execute on strategies that ultimately increase the effectiveness and efficiency of spend.
